1. Who we are

These terms cover this website, SOV ID and the SOV family of sites, run by Sovereign Digital Solutions Limited, Trinidad and Tobago. A site may add its own terms for its own features; where they differ, that site's terms apply to that site.

2. Your account

You need to be an adult to hold an account. Give accurate details, keep your password private, and tell us if you think your account has been misused. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

Do not break the law, post false or misleading content, harass others, try to get into accounts or systems that are not yours, scrape or overload the sites, or use them to spread malware or spam. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

4. Content you post

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us permission to host and display it so the site can work. You are responsible for having the right to post it.

5. Dealings between users

Our marketplaces connect people. Unless a site says otherwise, deals are between the people involved, and we are not a party to them. Take sensible care, meet safely and check what you are buying.

6. Availability and liability

We work to keep the sites running but do not promise they will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the previous twelve months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Changes and ending

We may update these terms and will change the date when we do. You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago.
